Description

Effective February 21, all employers in Michigan with 10 or more employees, except for those employed by the United States Government, must comply with the new Michigan Earned Sick Time Act. This includes salaried (both exempt and non-exempt) and full and part-time hourly workers.

A representative from Miller Johnson will discuss employee eligibility, documentation and other important need-to-know employer obligations.

Lunch will be served; a $10 fee (cash or check) for non-MTA members will be collected at the door.
